  3. Why should I Pre-book Houseboat in Advance?
    Because of Pre-booking, Your travel will be confirmed. So you can travel in the houseboat as per your plan.
    Moreover during season times, Houseboat charget may increase. To avoid this, Pre-booking is Advisable.

  4. Is it safe to Travel in a Houseboat?
    100% Safe. Our Houseboat are Operated by very experienced crew members. Further all protection measures like Life-Jacket, Fire Extinguisher are available in our BMG Houseboat.

  5. Why are there lots of Complaints regarding Houseboats?
    Most of Houseboat operators do not fulfill the promises they made at the time of booking.
    Proper food is not given. There will be language problems.
    Most of the houseboats are operated for lesser time than the promised time.
    Many complaints are coming regarding improper customer service.
    Having this in mind, BMG Houseboat proves everyday that if fulfills 100% all the promises given at the time of booking.

  6. Are Different catagories available in Houseboats?
    Standard, Premium, Elite, Upperdeck, Full A/C, Partial A/C service are available.
    Having different size of Houseboat startng from 2 person to 12 person can stay in a Houseboat.

  7. Is Night Travel Available?
    For those who live in Back water area fishing is their major job. To protect their livelive hood, Kerala Government has prohibited operating Houseboats after 5pm. People in that region will be fishing in their nets after 5pm.

  8. Does the A/C in Houseboats work all the time?
    It depends on the package you select.

  9. Is overnight sightseeing or ride allowed to ant other terminals?
    Houseboat ride will stop after 5 pm. Sight seeing at passengers own risk

  10. Is Houseboat available on Multi-Sharing basis?
    Big NOOOO.... We never share Houseboat with other passengers.

  11. Is Vegetarian food serviceable in Houseboat?
    Yes

  12. Is Houseboat available during monsoon season?
    Houseboat service ia available all days. but during storm,Cyclone and Natural disasters, Houseboat will not be operated taking into consideration the safety of the passengers.

  13. Who will be there in the houseboat other than the guest?
    Boat crew, cook and Assistants.

  14. For Foreign traveler, Is a Visa an important Factor?
    VISA should be compulsorily shown. If necessary, A photography of VISA must be submitted.

  15. Is there any advance payment required for the boking and how can I clear my payments later?
    Advance payment is compulsory. You can Pre-book by paying a particular amount. Before 15 days of your travel, Full payment must be made.
